Cape Lazo

Ron Ulmi "Sorry Sandi. No crabs. You'll have to cook tonight."

A couple of weeks later, we enjoyed a Sunday morning paddle from Point Holmes to John and Bev's backyard at Kin Beach. After a glorious, calm, morning paddle, the south-east wind got up and the trip back had to be terminated at Kye Bay. Thank you John for providing a ride back to Point Holmes.

Dave, Bev, Ron, Sandy, and John.

The Great Ice Cream Search

Will we all fit on the ferry?      The perfect rain/cooking shelter.

Four days in September were spent searching the perfect ginger ice cream. The search was conducted between Salt Spring Island and Galiano Island by twenty club members. Chris led the crew on an exhaustive search that was ultimately crowned with success.

Lady in blue.       The end of a successful season.
